We got here around 9am before our breakfast and there was no sunbeds for our family. There is one women to sits at the desk on her iPad who is so unwilling to entertain the kids. The staff are really unwelcoming and I don?t feel comfortable leaving my kids there. The food is so fresh too, they have lovely fruit pots and mini meals for the children that they really enjoy. We have ate in every restaurant here and they have all had the best food. The spa area is another treat - with a well equipped gym, indoor pool, nail salon, hair salon and treatment areas. The pool area is an amazing space to spend the days, with great service from the bar staff who are always around and the most incredible sea views across the infinity pools. We found it difficult to leave the hotel as the dining experiences were so good within the hotel.
